Our History
Founded in 2001, Dóni-tec serves the entire packaging market that uses plastic or metal caps in its products, in various sizes. We sell directly to bottlers or in partnership with companies that manufacture caps, as well as reformers and manufacturers of bottling machines.
Corking or crimping nozzles are parts widely used in industries that produce soft drinks, mineral water, juices, breweries, pharmaceuticals, distilleries, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, agrochemical, petrochemical industries, among others. These parts are responsible for correctly closing the cap on the product bottle.
In addition to the nozzles, they also supply the correct inserts (“half-moon”), which are mostly responsible for better performance in capping the bottles, maintaining the correct torque.
We also supply several parts for laboratory use, torque checking, and “go/no-go” templates, in addition to special projects.
We have partnerships with several companies that manufacture caps. We work with parts for caps of various sizes, such as: 1881 / 1810 / 26mm / 33mm / 38mm and others. We will supply the parts that will be used by your end customer.
Dóni-tec serves the entire national market and also has an export sector, sending its parts directly to several countries.
